TGA have announced their current and future priority lists for the compliance of listed medicines:
Current priorities:
– Listed medicines containing Andrographis paniculata requiring warning statements
– Listed medicines containing caffeine
– Listed medicines at risk of containing safrole
– Listed medicines requiring a pregnancy warning statement
– Efficacy of medicines containing vitamin D that use indications relating to bone
Future priorities:
– Listed aerosol sunscreen products
– Listed medicines with traditional use indications
– Efficacy of Lysine Hydrochloride containing medicines for cold sores
